Join us as Legal Counsel!
To provide support in overseeing and managing the legal matters of AIA Singapore and its subsidiaries, to ensure robust risk management. Primary focus on providing legal support and advice on actual and potential contentious matters and litigation.
Responsibilities- To manage and provide Singapore law advice / support on actual and potential contentious matters involving AIA Singapore and its subsidiaries. This includes coordinating with external counsel and internal parties; and reporting to AIA Singapore senior management and AIA Group Legal. (55%)
- To provide Singapore law advice on business and operational activities primarily in the areas of insurance claims, regulatory compliance, and data protection. This includes reviewing relevant documents and agreements; and internal reports, standards, policies, and procedures. (30%)
