Legal Counsel

At Sheffield Forgemasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join our team.

This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, and will be working as part of our Legal department.

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide support and assistance on a wide range of legal, governance, policy, compliance and company secretarial issues facing the Company.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide legal advice across the business on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, data protection and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, helping to manage legal risk while enabling the business to achieve its strategic growth objectives.
