Responsibilities
- Commercial Contracting - Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including Pion's standard terms and third-party contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite
- Go-to-Market Support - Partner with the Chief Sales Officer and commercial leaders to enable new business growth and brand renewals through effective, commercially sound legal support
- Contract Operations & Training - Maintain and enhance the Commercial Legal Playbook, streamline workflows, and deliver training to teams on contracting principles, negotiation strategies, and risk management
- Data Protection & Compliance - Advise on data protection and privacy provisions within SaaS and advertising technology contracts, and support wider regulatory compliance initiatives
