THE ROLE
For a leading MedTech company specialising in regenerative medicine and biomaterials, we are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will join the in‑house legal function and take ownership of a broad commercial contracting mandate, with a clear emphasis on negotiating and structuring agreements across the company’s international distribution and clinical‑partnership network. The successful candidate will work predominantly within a Swiss law framework and must bring strong written English to support the cross‑border nature of the work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on distribution agreements across multiple international markets.
