Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bar Passer
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field in the same capacity
- Strong research, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to legal challenges
- Highly independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced legal tech environment
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles
- Draft contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and other legal documents
- Assist in preparing trial and hearing materials such as motions, briefs, affidavits, and demand letters/correspondence
- Help manage client files and maintain accurate records
- Attend hearings, depositions, or settlement conferences
- Ensure clients comply with applicable laws and regulations
