Legal Counsel – Litigation & Compliance
The Legal Counsel – Litigation & Compliance will assist the Associate General Counsel/Director of Transactions and Litigation oversee the Company’s U.S. litigation portfolio, including toxic tort, non-employment class actions, commercial, and other complex litigation, and provide strategic legal leadership across a broad and evolving compliance landscape. This team member will direct outside counsel and be accountable for case strategy, risk evaluation, cost control, and executive-level reporting. In addition, this role will advise and counsel company executives, business units, and teams across the enterprise across diverse compliance and regulatory matters.
