Our client is a investment and private capital platform with investments across Southeast Asia. The team is involved in a broad range of structured financing, private credit, investment, and cross-border transactions, and is looking to hire a commercially minded Legal Counsel to partner closely with the business and senior leadership.

You will provide legal support across a wide range of financing, investment, and corporate transactions, including structured lending, secured financing, trade finance, private credit, joint ventures, and M&A. You will draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as loan and facility agreements, security documents, shareholder and joint venture agreements, supply and offtake contracts, and commercial agreements.
