Job Description
Job Title: Legal Counsel
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities
- Driving review on commercial contracts (e.g., purchase and sales contracts)
- Interpreting Swiss laws relevant to daily business operations in related to ICT industry, consumer business and so on
- Providing advice on compliance matters (e.g., labor law, competition law, trade secret, etc)
- Handling some simple cases before the court or official investigations
- Providing support on matters related to the DPO and GDPR
Requirements
- 2 years of experience mandatory as in-house legal counsel for some companies or law firm lawyer in some law firms
- Fluent in English and German mandatory
- You are professional, dynamic and highly motivated in working in ICT sector
