WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- You have a university degree in Law, are a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and have a license to practice law in Ontario.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years broad corporate/commercial experience preferably in a corporate legal department in the retail industry.
- You have a good knowledge of relevant legislation governing general corporate activities and operations.
- You have demonstrated success in building strong relationships with stakeholders, functional areas, and business partners.
- You thrive in a small team setting and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient at reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.
