Legal contracts manager mbc

Will work in close collaboration with the commercial transactions legal team (U. S. based lawyers and contract managers) to support the delivery of legal services to internal clients in the United States and Canada.

Assist and support the review, drafting and negotiation of agreements, including sales, distribution, service, procurement, and construction contracts in accordance with the company's policies.

Provide support to the law department and business unit personnel that manage independent channel sales distribution networks (e.g., transactional support; contract management; engagement and disengagement of external sales partners).

Manage the contract review workflow tool.

Perform research and analysis for decision-making and present synopsis.

Must be forward-looking with a can-do orientation and willing to develop a deep understanding of the businesses they support.
