Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support to clients on debt capital markets transactionsDraft and review legal documents, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, indentures, and other transactional documentation.Conduct due diligence, analyze risks, and identify legal issues related to debt capital markets transactions.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
