Legal & Compliance Specialist – Contracts & Litigation

Siddha Group Jaipur is seeking a Legal Executive to support its legal department. The role involves drafting and vetting agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and property-related documents, with exposure to due diligence and registration matters.

You will coordinate with external counsel, monitor ongoing cases, maintain records and MIS reports, and assist in contract negotiations and legal advisory to minimize risk. Strong knowledge of compliance and statutory requirements is essential.
