Associate (3-6 years PQE) – Intellectual Property & Technology

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our Intellectual Property & Technology practice as an Associate. On the contentious front, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of contentious intellectual property disputes including IP and IT litigation, criminal enforcement and administrative action. On the non-contentious front, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of transactions that focuses on IP commercialisation and exploitation including drafting of IP and TMT agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum second-class upper law degree (2:1) or equivalent from a reputable university and must have been admitted or awaiting admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya;
• 2-6 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE);
