Job Description
We seek an experienced and passionate advocate to join our client’s law firm as an Associate. The role entails handling legal assignments and guiding junior associates/trainees to ensure delivery of quality legal services and client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft and review various legal documents (e.g. HR Policies & Manuals and commercial supplier contracts), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and the Firm’s guidelines.
Draft and review litigation documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
Providing legal services in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Attend court for various duties as assigned, representing clients and handling court-related matters.
Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
Prepare timely and relevant internal reports and documents within the different e-platforms.
