LEGAL ASSISTANT — IMMIGRATION LAW

Performs legal assistant work in support of paralegal and attorneys in immigration law matters; establishes evidence and develops cases; prepares drafts, outlines or summaries of legal subjects, laws, statutes, briefs and other legal documents. Works under attorney supervision while independently managing assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
