Legal Analyst

Legal Analyst Description We are seeking an experienced Legal Analyst to support a growing U.S.-based law firm specializing in commercial transactions and corporate legal matters. This 100% remote position will work directly with attorneys to draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal agreements while assisting with corporate governance, due diligence, legal research, and select mergers and acquisitions (M&A) matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, fluent in English (written and spoken), experienced supporting U.S.-based attorneys or businesses, and comfortable managing multiple legal projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Draft, review, edit, and redline commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), service agreements, purchase agreements, and amendments.
