Legal Advisor

Description

The purpose of this role is under supervision and the guidance of more experienced, seasoned and mandated Legal professionals to provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal services and support to a business area (the organisation, segment, business unit, functional area or legal entity) on legal matters of the business area.
The Legal Adviser is responsible for drafting and vetting of contracts or other legal documentation from inception and providing well-reasoned, well-researched and sound legal advice under the supervision of more experienced Legal Advisers and a Legal Head.

Provide legal advice that considers prevailing legal prescripts and ensure that decisions are taken within the relevant legislative parameters and considering regulatory risk under supervision
