Our client, a mid-size law firm in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a motivated and professional candidate for a Employment and Labour Legal Assistant position. This firm is known for their unparalleled passion for providing exceptional client service and dedication.
Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Calendar management and scheduling
Draft, edit and manage legal documents
Assist with billings and expense reports
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an LAA in a law firm or professional services environment, ideally with some experience in employment and labour law.
LAA Certificate from an accredited institution paired with commercial litigation experience.
Ability to prioritize workload and excellent organizational skills
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently as well as be a great team player
