Make a meaningful impact as a Transportation Compliance Associate with Ledcor. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance and safety within our Transportation program across various business sites.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will assess compliance with National Safety Code (NSC) regulations through proactive field visits. Responsibilities include compiling driver records, conducting audits, and serving as a technical resource for training. You’ll engage in the development of processes and educational materials related to transportation compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor driver and equipment compliance records
• Analyze NSC Carrier Profiles for critical information
• Generate follow-up documentation for driver license issues
• Facilitate internal audits on safety and hours of service
• Lead safety meetings and toolbox topics
