Requirements Honours Degree (essential) Masters Degree or studying towards a Masters (advantageous) 23 years lecturing experience Experience teaching Education modules at tertiary level Experience in Foundation Phase teaching (all subjects) Exposure to research activities, conferences, or academic publications advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management ability Proven ability to teach effectively using reflective practices Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills Ability to work proactively and independently Passion for student engagement and customer service Experience using technology to enhance learning advantageous Responsibilities Lecturing and Academic Delivery Lecture across relevant programmes and delivery modes.
