We are seeking a detail-oriented Leave Administrator with hands-on Dayforce experience to support the administration of employee leave programs and related processes. This role will be responsible for managing leave requests, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and serving as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the leave process.
The ideal candidate will have experience administering various types of leaves, strong knowledge of relevant leave laws and regulations, and the ability to navigate HRIS platforms, particularly Dayforce, with accuracy and efficiency.
