Leasing Specialist

Role Description

The Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Boracay Island, and is part of the Pre-Opening Team of Boracay Central. The role is responsible for identifying and securing prospective tenants, managing lease negotiations, preparing leasing documentation, and supporting the successful execution of the property's leasing strategy. The Leasing Specialist will build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and business partners, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless tenant onboarding process and contribute to the successful launch of the development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial, retail, or mall leasing.
• Experience in a pre-opening project is highly preferred.
