Overview
Reporting to the Director of Leasing Eastern Canada, the Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing activities and performance analytics for Centurion owned and managed apartment communities in Ontario, along with a group of Leasing Coordinators based out of our Head Office.
The Leasing Manager leads and develops a team of Leasing Agents, Analysts & Coordinators to achieve occupancy, revenue, and customer service targets, while ensuring consistent execution of leasing standards, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence.

Provide direct leadership, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback to a team of Leasing Agents, Leasing Analysts and Leasing Coordinators.
