As a Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role innegotiating and finalizing lease agreements within defined parameters. Yourfocus will be on balancing tenant needs with the company’s strategic andfinancial objectives, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes withoutcompromising organizational interests.

Strategic Leasing Developand implement the annual leasing strategy.
Ensureall renewals and new leases are negotiated timeously and professionally,in line with company/client policies.
Accuratelyprepare, compile, and sign off lease agreements.
Implementprocesses to track outstanding leases and FICA documentation, escalatingwhere necessary.
Maintainpositive relationships with tenants and brokers to support retention andgrowth.
Compileand distribute monthly vacancy schedules to brokers.
Growand manage the broker database.
