Leasing Manager

The role is primarily responsible for driving lease-generated revenue across:

• LIMA Tower 1 (office leasing)
• Biz Hub Commercial Lots (standalone commercial developments)
• TOLE
• LEX

The position will focus heavily on:

• Office leasing acceleration
• Commercial lot monetization
• Strategic tenant acquisition
• Concept development and land use optimization
• Broker/channel management
• Long-term tenancy and revenue quality
