This is a full‑time, on‑site Leasing Executive role based in Greater Alor Setar. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing leasing activities for retail and commercial properties, including handling inquiries, conducting property viewings, and following up with prospective tenants. The role involves preparing and reviewing leasing documentation, coordinating tenancy renewals, and ensuring timely collection of rental and related payments. The Leasing Executive will monitor market trends, assist in rental rate benchmarking, and support marketing initiatives to attract and retain tenants. The role also requires maintaining accurate tenant records, building strong relationships with tenants and agents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and occupancy of units.
