Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Leasing related tasks including, but not limited to, the standardization of lease reports, defining and documenting controls over the new process, creating user/system documentation.
- Liaise with PPG finance network to ensure all data required to complete integrations are gathered.
- Review Leasing Contracts and extract specified data for loading into PPG Leasing System Lucernex to ensure all necessary lease information is entered and maintained.
- Handle all aspects of the Real Estate, Equipment & Housing leases including preparation and maintenance of lease records.
- Assist Management with all aspects of Landlord/Tenant relationship including issue resolution, support on payment inquiries, and compliance with the lease agreement.
