Training Systems (Learning) Analyst
Location: Calgary, AB (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration: 9-Month Contract | Start: June 22, 2026 Key Requirements
6+ years of LMS Administration experience (preferably Workday Learning) Strong experience with:
Learning reporting & analytics Advanced Excel Power BI (dashboard refresh, publishing, access management, troubleshooting) LMS security roles, governance, and user support Experience with compliance/audit reporting and data quality analysis Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Experience creating process documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles Solid communication and stakeholder support skills

SuccessFactors reporting/data extracts SharePoint & Microsoft Teams administration Learning data integrations Automation and continuous improvement experience Knowledge of HR/Learning data models Must Have
