Randstad Education is supporting a fantastic specialist SEN school in Surrey. They're seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join their supportive team.

About the Role:

You'll provide crucial 1:1 and small group support to students aged 4-19 with Autism. Responsibilities include assisting with IEPs, promoting independence, managing behaviour, and contributing to a positive learning environment. Personal care may be require.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.
• A genuine passion for working with complex needs.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Understanding of safeguarding.
• Essential: e.g., GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4)
