We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Support Specialist to support digital learning programs, with a strong focus on LMS administration and eLearning content development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the LMS (course setup, enrollments, reporting, tracking, and user support), preferably with Workday Learning experience.
• Develop engaging eLearning content using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline).
• Convert instructor-led materials into interactive, LMS-ready courses.
• Provide learner support and generate reports to ensure program effectiveness.
