Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Hays Education is urgently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Barnsley. Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL: Previous experience working with children, ideally those with SEN.
OPTIONAL: Experience working within healthcare or care work
A compassionate and patient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
