Affinity Partnerships are seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly school team with one of our trusts based in Weston‑Super‑Mare.

Requirments

• Previous experience working with children or young people in a school setting
• A patient, supportive and adaptable approach
• An enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development
• Providing support to students with additional needs where required
• Supporting teachers with lessons and activities
