About The Role

We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support students with special educational needs in a specialist setting.This is a permanent opportunity with long-term career prospects.
You will support students throughout the day, helping them with learning, confidence, and independence.

What you'll do

Support students 1:1 and in small groups

Help with classroom tasks and activities

Encourage independence andmunication

Support positive behaviour

Work alongside teachers and support staff

Support during lessons and break times

Provide personal care where required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in SEN, care, education, or support work

A patient and reliable attitude
