Senior Leaders are seeking to appoint a committed and skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team at Rood End Primary School (SIPS). This role requires experience working with children and supporting their learning needs, and will involve supporting individual children or small groups of children to access learning while upholding our whole school value of inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support individual children and small groups to access and engage with learning
• Provide targeted support to children with additional needs
• Contribute to and promote the school’s inclusive ethos
