• Support pupils across a range of learning environments, including community settings and students' homes.
• Work under the guidance of the Outreach Lead and Deputy Principal to deliver personalised learning programmes.
• Help create purposeful, supportive, and inclusive learning spaces wherever learning takes place.
• Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and engagement in students with diverse needs.
• Keep accurate records of progress and contribute to assessments and reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and wider staff to meet individual pupil needs.
