Salary: £22,932

Location: Neath (on-site)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 16:30pm

About the role

Provide academic support and facilitate learning activities to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

Your impact

• Support students with assignments given by tutors.
• Assist with implementing learning programmes to keep students engaged.
• Facilitate learning for students in group and individual settings.

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with young people or a passion for making a difference.
• Engaging and inspirational training and delivery style.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered) and EWC registration.
