Learning Support Assistant Level 3: Special Needs

Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (L3) at Brookfield School in Poulton-le-Fylde to join our team. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, fostering positive relationships, and creating a nurturing classroom environment.

The position is term-time only, with a salary paid on a pro-rata basis. Qualifications include Teaching Assistant Level 3 or working towards it. Capability to work with pupils who have complex needs is essential.
