Pay: GBP95 - GBP115 per day

About the Role
A well‑organised Tower Hamlets primary school is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to work one‑to‑one with a Year 4 pupil who requires additional support to remain engaged with learning. The pupil responds well to structure, encouragement, and consistent adult support.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support the pupil during lessons, help regulate behaviour, and deliver short interventions focused on literacy and confidence building. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo.
