About the Role
Learning Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of a Program of already approved projects and sub projects relating to a larger need. They will partner with Learning Consultants to prioritize plan and communicate with stakeholders. They will lead creation of high level program and project plans to support design, development, delivery, and implementation of instructor‑led training materials, web‑based learning solutions, or game‑based learning in a matrix organization. Where needed, they oversee one or more Level 1 PMs and internal and client status meetings. They create and review project schedules and budgets. Learning Solutions Managers are expected to participate in the solutioning process by creating presentations and solution definitions.
