Job Description
This role will train primarily in Corewell Health East locations.
Job Summary
This role facilitates Workplace Violence Prevention courses to various clinical audiences to promote team member and patient safety. Works closely with the Manager and Lead Facilitator to ensure programs are consistent and satisfy the needs of our audiences. This role will also build strong relationships with participants, leaders, and other stakeholders.
Essential Functions
+ Collaborates with corporate initiative and HR stakeholders to implement programs and experiences at scale.
+ Collaborates with Learning colleagues to assess, recommend, plan, deploy and iterate subject matter and design elements.
+ Understands readiness targets and Corewell Health requirements to ensure all learning objectives are met and outcomes documented.
