Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator

Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator to lead the operational delivery of our learning and development function and help drive our vision of becoming a true learning organisation.

Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, this leadership role is responsible for coordinating learning and organisational development initiatives that build workforce capability, strengthen leadership, and support employee growth across the organisation. You will lead a team and work closely with leaders and employees to design, deliver and evaluate innovative learning programs that create meaningful organisational outcomes.
