**Overview:**
**Provide a wide variety of logistics and coordination support for all assigned technical, professional, and leadership development activities, and contribute to continuous process improvement.**

+ Contribute to the innovation of and ensure customer centricity for professional development delivery, retail training, and leadership development programs.
+ Support the management, maintenance, administration, and new feature rollout of Workday Learning (M&T’s Learning Management System).
+ Provide operations and logistics support for one or more learning & development functional areas, with a focus on professional development delivery, retail training, and leadership development programs.
