We are looking for someone who has experience with Autism and can offer support and care as part of a team.

Must have current UK driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Hourly rate £13.50ph.

You will be working as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Prompt personal care
• Administer medication
• Cook meals and monitor diet
• Record and communicate detailed handover to support worker/parent
• Complete daily activity log
• Plan and facilitate activities with support supervisor
• Work alongside other services and professionals
• 16 hour contract

The client is a 32 year old male with Autism and learning difficulties. He lives on his own with the support of a 24 hour support worker and will visit his pare...
