Learning & Development Operations Lead

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) is looking for a Learning & Development Executive to manage and coordinate learning programmes. This role will focus on strategic learning operations and ensure access to high-quality development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 2-4 years of relevant experience in learning and development, along with strong project management skills. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Canva is required.
