Responsible for designing, implementing, and driving learning strategies that enhance organizational capability, foster culture transformation, and support business objectives. This role partners with business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to lead change management initiatives, strengthen performance management, and create impactful learning experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Strategy

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of in-house and external learning programs (soft skills, technical, and leadership) aligned with organizational needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
