Learning & Development Advisor | £40-45k | Altrincham

We’re looking for an L&D Advisor to join a People Services team based in Altrincham and help shape the skills, knowledge, and leadership of teams delivering impactful digital transformation programmes across the UK.
What you’ll do:
Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning solutions
Schedule courses and workshops, facilitated sessions, and digital learning content
Support the internal development framework to enhance career growth
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Evaluate learning impact and continuously improve programmes
