Location: St James's House, Dudley / Hybrid (including delivery across borough)
Contract Type: Interim (3 months initially)
Hours / Grade: Full-Time / Grade 9

Day Rate: £160.21 PAYE or £209.57 Umbrella
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner to join our Talent and Development team on a full-time interim basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisational priorities during a period of transformation, helping to strengthen leadership capability, workforce performance and organisational culture across the Council.
