We are seeking aLearning & Development Specialist to design and deliver engaging training that helps employees build the technical skills needed to succeed in their roles. This position partners with leaders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to create clear, practical learning experiences across classroom, virtual, e-learning, and hybrid formats. This role also leads The Iowa Clinic’s overall approach to training and serves as a shared resource for departments without a dedicated trainer. This includes setting training standards, creating consistent methods for design and delivery, managing training intake and prioritization, supporting training systems and tools, and helping measure results across the organization.
