Position: Lead / Senior Lead – Learning and DevelopmentExperience: 10+ yearsPlace of posting: MumbaiQualification: a Master’s degree in HR / Organizational Design, Educational or Organizational Psychology. in CS/IT preferred .Role Contour – will be responsible for developing and implementing an organization wide Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with NPCI training needs.
