Job Description
The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. The role requires strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and digital learning platforms. Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with business stakeholders. Design, develop, and deliver learning programs across multiple formats (classroom, virtual, blended). Create e-learning content using industry-standard authoring tools. Facilitate training sessions focused on leadership, soft skills, and technical competencies. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS). Support onboarding programs and career development initiatives.
